    I built what I couldn't find.

    Before Studio Ash, I spent years as a personal trainer and much of my 20s caught in the cycle so many women know too well. Over-exercising, under-eating, chasing results that never quite lasted. From the outside it looked like discipline. On the inside, I was exhausted and at war with my own body.

    Working with women in person through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause showed me what I already suspected — the traditional approach to fitness was failing us.

    Then I became a mother, and everything shifted. Short, intentional movement became something I did for myself, not to myself. And my body responded in ways it never had before.

    Not because I did more. Because I finally listened and found a method that works.

    That practice became Studio Ash, built from everything I learned the hard way, and shared with you so you don't have to learn it that way too.
