“Before Studio Ash, I spent years as a personal trainer and much of my 20s caught in the cycle so many women know too well. Over-exercising, under-eating, chasing results that never quite lasted. From the outside it looked like discipline. On the inside, I was exhausted and at war with my own body.
Working with women in person through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause showed me what I already suspected — the traditional approach to fitness was failing us.
