Tart Cherry Tonic

A refreshing anti-inflammatory drink, great for adding some probiotics to your diet. A really good mocktail as a pre dinner aperitif, the addition of apple cider vinegar is great for helping to balance your blood sugar levels.

Serves 2

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup tart cherry juice 

2 cup kombucha (plain or complimentary flavour such as berry, orange, ginger)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Lime, squeeze

Ice

Method

01 / Measure ingredients into a cup filled with ice, add a squeeze of lime and stir

02 / Serve immediately
