January 21 Day Revive Pilates Challenge

The first Pilates challenge of 2024 and our first on the brand new Studio Ash Pilates app - introducing the 21 Day Revive Pilates Challenge.

An opportunity to revive your body and mind, feel like the best version of yourself and cultivate sustainable and healthy habits that will set you up for your best year yet. We will be introducing new on demand classes, 1 live class per week and a series of nourishing recipes to support and nourish you throughout this challenge.
